Pet owners will know the struggle of walking their dogs on busy streets because of the lack of pet parks in the city. But, South Bombay will soon get a step closer to solving the problem because Cuffe Parade is getting a new pet park with awesome facilities.

Tell Me More

The first of its kind dog park in Cuffe Parade garden will be maintained by the BMC. The proposal of the park is awaiting its administrative approval and the work on the site will begin in a month or so. Made exclusively for residents of South Mumbai, the park will have some awesome facilities like a dog salon, veterinary doctor, water station, sand pit, play equipment and a kiosk with seating area for pet owners. To make it easier for the pet owners, the 900 sq meters park will be divided in three zones for small, medium and large dogs.

So, We're Saying...

The furry friends and their parents in South Bombay will soon get a play area they deserve. Government is investing around INR 25 Lakh in this project and we sincerely hope both the residents and BMC live up to the expectation of maintaining the park in all its glory. {Calling all brides (and their tribes!) – From clothes to gifting, get all your wedding inspiration here. #HitchedWithLBB}
