The Chocolate Heaven (TCH) – Well honestly the name suits the café completely. This rustic yet chic décor café is definitely a breather in Dadar area (Mahim). I completely adored how well thought was the ambience that they created with swing chairs and high ceilings giving it a grand yet a compact café look. The menu is expansive from pizzas to sandwiches to sundaes to shakes to coffees to pancakes to pasta to fondue and some unique food items which are definitely worth a try.
Things I tried were:
Pure Chocolate shake (Rating 5/5) and Dark Hot Chocolate (Rating 5/5) and both were true to its name. Heavenly drinks both hot and cold were brilliantly made, right consistency, the gallop of whipped cream and something that’s simply gonna win your heart. Trust me! Highly recommended these beauties.
Then I tried their most interesting “Classic Blooming Bread” where its baked to perfection and with spring onions, enough garlicky and buttery with stuffed cheese inside. You will love pulling this slowly. Order it, enjoy this foodgasmic experience.
Another thing we ordered was Cheese Pav Bhaji Fondue (Rating 5/5) and this was too good. The pav bhaji which was the main part of the dish was made well hence the overall dish tasted good. I would say the saltiness due to butter was kind of overpowering the dish but still worth it according to me. Do try this too guys, you will love it.
Lastly, I had the famous freakshake in strawberry flavour (Rating 5/5) which was undoubtedly so pretty pink to our visual eyes but it had enough substance innit too. Love the drama of the shake and is it worth the price? Well once in a while its good to indulge in something as sinful as this.
Overall completely loved the place and would love to visit it again. Everything seems just right from ambience, service and most importantly the quality of shakes and food, hence I rate 5.
