After terrorizing Lakshadweep and claiming 19 lives in Kerala, the cyclone is moving towards Mumbai and Surat at the rate of 16km/hour. Both the cities are on high alert from the 4th December (night) to 6th December. Here are a few details you should know at the back of your hand.

Do not go near the sea as it is going to remain rough along the coasts. The low lying areas of the city will be the worst affected, many of which are situated in South Bombay.
