What Is It?

Returning chef, John Solari is back with another 7-course tasting menu with a focus on minimising food waste and optimising flavour extraction from every part of an ingredient. A mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian courses, the menu will only be revealed the night of.

About the chef:
Chef John came on board as the Chef de Cuisine at The Table in 2017. A Philadelphia native with no formal culinary training, he learned everything the old-fashioned way - on the job and working with his hands. He’s worked at the three Michelin stars restaurant, Saison at San Francisco, which serves a 22-course tasting menu and has also been on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for the last two years. Prior to this, he was part of the opening team at Contra in New York. His drive for experience and expertise have led him from the kitchens of chef Iñaki Aizpitarte’s Parisian bistro Le Chateaubriand to René Redzepi’s Noma, and Rome’s Armando Al Pantheon.
