There's little to beat the exhaustion that comes with cramps. And when you're on the go it's not always easy to get easy relief, short of popping a painkiller. So when I came across Nua's Cramp Comfort Heat Patches, I had to give it a try.
Now, each box comes with 3 patches. The patches are covered with an adhesive so you can stick it onto fabric - this is not meant to be directly used on the skin. The patches do fit quite comfortably and the adhesive worked quite effectively. For INR 299 you get 3 patches - these are not reusable. Each patch is air-activated and takes upto 20 mins to warm up. These are completely natural, so no nasty chemicals either that you need to look out for.
Personally, I'd say this could work for you if you like mild warmth and don't like your heating pad to get too hot. It is definitely soothing and warm - expect some sweating in humid weather. However, for me, I do find a heating pad or hot water bottle more effective. But this is much more discreet for sure and did easy some of the cramping. This one is worth trying out and one patch will last you upto 8 hours - I found it effective for about 5, myself.
