Always wanted to unleash your artistic side but wasn't sure where to start? This Dot Painting Workshop organised by Mumbai Painting Studios looks to be a great way to start off. What's great is that you don't have to be a pro to participate in these workshops - even complete amateurs are welcome to drop in.
During the painting party, you'll be provided all of the materials you need to start your creative exercise. The instructor will take you through the step-by-step process of creating your very own piece of art in the traditional Australian Aboriginal style that uses dot painting as a method. You can really be creative with the design too, and combine colours and textures to create your own artwork under the watchful guidance of the instructors. Since all the materials are already included, all you have to do is show up! This technique of painting is supposed to be quite relaxing as well, and it is truly a great way to unwind and focus your energy in a new direction.
