Dragonfly Experience - A one of its kind themed restaurant that depicts the life cycle of a Dragonfly. The ancient history believes that a dragonfly symbolizes change and transformation. This beautiful fly is iridescent throughout and reflect different colors which depends on how light falls on it. Such colors are beautifully canvased in the ambience of this place. What grabs your attention is a high-energy bar that illuminates in middle of this creatively designed restaurant. The music will make you feel invigorated while the intimate seating space is so unique that it will snuggle you in comfort almost immediately.

The snazzy bar displays a huge array of drinks that you can have all stacked on a wall that goes upto the ceiling of this restaurant. With beautiful well lit neon dragonfly artworks on the wall, those colours will lift your mood up like never before. Having specialisation in serving Cantonese traditional recipes with amalgamation of European and Pan Asian modern preparations, the menu is extensive and offers a huge array of food delicacies. Be it Dimsums or Sushi, Tempura baskets or baos. The delicacies by Chef Bajaj while the bold and inventive cocktails will keep you engaged savouring them.

Squirtle - If I ever craved for a healthy mocktail then I would wish to have it like this delectable mocktail. Thick and rich in consistency all made of bananas, toasted walnuts and pistachios. The nutty flavour by them is amazing. What made it more interesting was the use of almond milk, natural yogurt and their secret in-house made pistachio syrup. Have it with an appetizer of your choice. Cheers!!!

Chilli Oil Wontons - A popular dumpling from Cantonese cuisine which hold its roots from ancient China. A delicacy which is either steamed, boiled or fried and which have a stuffing inside. The traditional method of making it relies on the technique and preparation of it. So this one have always made me curious about the distinct taste. The one served here was deep fried and was served with chilli oil. Unlikely the spicy hot chilli oil, this one had a mild sweet taste to it. The wontons had a crispy outer coating while the inner stuffing was made with different veggies. It was so nice and crisp that you just can't stop having it. The stuffing was mildly spiced and compliments well to the chilli oil dip. Have them when they are served hot. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻
Avacado Tempura with Truffle Mayo - This one was marked as chef recommended. The ingredients made me think about ordering it in no time. Tempura is all about deep frying with a right technique. So was looking forward to have it. They quickly served me with a nicely plated avacado tempura along with Mayonnaise which was flavoured with truffle oil. The avacados were sliced thick, coated in a batter and deep fried. Topped with a masala seasoning and they were good to have. The avacado tempura was very mildly spiced so if you love spicy food, this won't match up to your expectations. The flavour of classic mayo is sweet and addition of truffle adds a distinct taste to it. The combination might be not that smooth initially for the taste palette but once you start having, you can savour all that crunchy outer crust and soft inner avacados. Quite unique and different.
Crispy Mock Meat - If you are fond of soya bean, then you will love this preparation. Such a unique appetizing starter. Soft soya chunks are tossed in chillies, scallions and basil. The prominent flavour of basil and scallions make it even more better. For all those who love eating meat, you will feel like you are having one such. Perfect on spices and flavoursome. The soya chunks are so soft and tender that it oozes flavours. Loved the combination and ingredients that were used. This is a healthy and unique option.

Mac N Cheese - A Classic preparation that never fails to charm with distinct taste and flavours. Macaroni pasta is cooked with pecorino cheese and shallots. The cheese used is a hard and salty Italian cheese made of sheep's milk. The distinct flavour of this cheese adds value to the overall dish. While the shallots add that sweet and mild garlicky taste to this traditional classic delicacy. The end result is thick, creamy and cheesy which is so hard to resist. Enjoy it piping hot and you won't be disappointed.
What adds a twist is the use off truffle oil. The strong and prominent flavour of truffle oil is balanced with the use of other ingredients. However that magical aroma will leave you awestruck. Highly Recommended 🤘🏻

Tartare of Fruit - A light dessert made of small cup tarts filled with fresh finely chopped fruits like apple, pomegranate, kiwi and so. What adds a distinct taste is the raspberry flavouring which gives it a tangy twist. The citrus cream cheese at the base make the overall dessert savoury and sweet. Such balance of flavours is hard to find and needs expertise to execute it with perfection. Highly Highly Recommended 🤘🏻
