Drunken Clam is Chef Kelvin Cheung and Chef Boo Kim {who crops up on Cheung’s Instagram stories loads} bar right above Bastian on Linking Road. So far, it’s been a great place for catching up on delicious drinks and soothing music, and of course the occasional spotting of the celebrities that Chef Cheung’s Bastian.
