When it comes to maintaining healthy and conscious eating habits, granola is one of the most preferred choices. But when you think of granola, the first thing that comes to your mind is a bowl of milk with it. That’s not all that granola has to offer. This guilt-free and healthy snack that’s packed with nutrients can be consumed any time of the day in several interesting ways, making it the ideal treat for conscious munching.

Think cookies, tarts, smoothie bowls and so many mid-meal snacks! The versatility of granola is an unexplored route and here, I share some of my most preferred ways of consuming granola.

When you think of granola, you know it is a healthy mix that can be a nutrient-rich addition to your busy days. Moving away from the common way of consuming granola as a cereal, there are far more interesting recipes that you can whip up in no time to stay fuelled for a hectic day. One of my personal favourites is a smoothie bowl made using this dark chocolate granola flavour. 

With a prep time of under 5 minutes, this smoothie bowl and with these granola variants will pair perfectly with frozen berries and bananas as a topping!

Desserts don’t always have to be identified as unhealthy – you can easily use granola to transform your desserts into a delicious yet guilt-free, post-meal indulgence. It’s a great replacement for your midnight cravings as well! You can prepare a vegan tart using grain-free granola which combines the goodness of fruits and nutrition.

You can also create fun desserts to binge-eat while watching your favourite tv shows. My personal favourite is a wholesome dark chocolate granola bark made using our signature ‘dark chocolate’ variant infused with golden raisins and cranberries.

One often resists the urge to snack during the day, but if the snack is healthy, you won’t have to curb your hunger pangs anymore. Here’s a quick-fix snack that is the perfect accompaniment to your evening cup of chai: a bhel made using this brand's desi twist flavour. It's healthy elements of nuts, seeds, grains and pulses make the conscious choice for you and it can also be easily fixed up for a quick last-minute meal.
