This may look a bit upmarket for the freelancers and tech community, but this place is a relaxing and productive place to work. It has an amazing bar and serves great food.
Not only is it a great social work environment but it also has a really good lunch menu making it a good informal meeting spot too. The trick is to get one of the sofa/chairs next to the main window, looking over the road, so you can enjoy watching people or cars or rains. If you want, you can book your table and/or sofa in advance to ensure you get a space as sometimes Butterfly High can get quite busy.
There's decent wifi here and the bathrooms are good too {trust me, you need a clean atmosphere when nature calls}.
Also, it gets a little bit louder towards the night, so it's best to get your work done earlier in the day. They operate from 12: 30 pm to 1:30 am and also have a cool concept of ordering the set menu: Executive Lunch {starting from INR 400} and yes, they offer refreshing and different cocktails and mocktails.
My recommendations:
For starters/snacks/munchies: Lotus Stem Chips with plum sauce, Fried White Dhokla Dabeli Bruschetta {sounds weird, but tastes good}
For the main course: Penang City Prawns with steam rice
Oh, and you should end your meal with Bailey's Banoffee Pie.
