Tratak Meditation

Attend this free session conducted by Kadambari Ravi and get an insight into Tratak meditation. Tratak meditation involves sitting in a comfortable position, gazing at a candle flame externally and internally – to achieve a sense of calm. The session will have music and a basic introduction by Kadambri – for you to get started.

When: Sunday, October 9

Jazz Funk

The workshops will be led by Hemanshi Choksi and Virali Parekh – wherein you’ll be taught the basics of jazz funk, the techniques you must perfect and learn to dance with confidence with an added oomph.

When: Saturdays, October 15 and October 22

Price: INR 1,000 for 2 workshops and 600 for one workshop.

Aerial and Anti-Gravity Yoga

A series of fun sessions combining yoga and aerial skills by Lara Saluja- expect to have an intense workout session whilst hanging in the air from the suspended silk sheets. If you are skeptical and don’t know what to expect, read our experience and make your decision.

Backbending Yoga

In this workshop, learn the form of backbends by Natasha Noel – a key to healthy spine and solving our back pain issues. The workshop will explore the proper alignments of backbends – and the best way to make them more accessible and open.

When: Saturday, October 22

Timings: 4pm to 6pm

Power Yoga

A newly introduced class, now get on board with power yoga taught by Pradeep Mehta. Popularised in the Indian fitness circle by actress Kareen Kapoor – who lost oodles of weight by practising this form of yoga – it’s a powerful form of yoga to stay in shape, maintain body balance and increase flexibility.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays {Throughout October}

Timings: 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Price: INR 5,000 for 12 sessions, INR 4,000 for 8 sessions and INR 600 for walk ins.

#LBBTip: For a trial or walk-in class, pre-registration is compulsory so the class does not get over-booked. They do not have a card machine, so make sure to carry enough cash.
