New York’s popular Indian eatery, Paowalla joins tables with The Bombay Canteen this weekend on Nov 19 and 20 for an un-classic delicious New York-style brunch, and it shouldn’t be missed.

Who Is It For?

Anybody who has loved the unconventional Indian food at The Bombay Canteen should definitely not miss Chef Floyd’s food from New York here too. Also, if you’re the sort {like many of us} who has spent weekends Netflixing Chef’s Table, it’s time get out of the house and actually taste the amazing food out there at The Bombay Canteen.

Why Should I Go?


Paowalla was set up by renowned Indian-American chef Floyd Cardoz in Manhattan earlier this year and just for these two days, he is offering his coveted weekend meal to us at The Bombay Canteen. Try the menu which which baffle you with 30 experimental winning dishes from a wild mushroom upma, early grey chai sticky bun, dosa waffle, There will also be some Bombay Canteen chef Thomas Zacharias-led items on the menu too, such as the calamari ‘kothu roll’ and the anda masala with maska pao and Cheeslings.

To drink, you could have a haldi highball, just out of curiosity, and maybe a tamarind margarita for the one after.
