What Makes It Awesome

Flyp@MTV is one of the best restaurants I have been to and they have recently launched a new menu that offers a range of scrumptious dishes. Chef Dipesh has put in a lot of effort to mix cuisines and deliver a spectacular and innovative menu. And I had the privilege to be among the first few people to try out this newly curated menu.

I tried a lot of delicious items and by the end of it, was left with a big smile on my face and a very happy belly.

First up was the Truffle Scented Green Peas Shorba accompanied with naan, chicken tandoori momos {my all time favourite}, tandoori dhokla, and shakarkandi chaat with dehydrated kale chips which made for the perfect starters.

My favourite from the above was the tandoori dhoklas and chicken tandoori momos.

Next up, I had pan tossed calamari which was absolutely delicious, though it was a bit on the spicy side, you can always tell the chef to make it less spicy as per your preference.

I was then served the galouti kebab which is highly recommended if you are a fan of Indian cuisine. The kebabs were soft, succulent, and had the perfect aroma to keep my appetite going.

Oh, and I even tasted the spaghetti bolognese, lamb chops {which were served with masala dosa, unlike the usual mashed potatoes}, and ramen {these two are my absolute favourite} and I guess I shall go nowhere besides MTV Flyp for my ramen cravings as it was made to perfection and is by far the best I've had in the longest time.

I ended this wonderful meal with the motichoor cheesecake {fusion of cheesecake and motichoor ladoo}.

All in all this menu is an amazing addition and transformation from the previous one. I would say it is the new USP of Flyp.

The ambience is also very edgy and they have so many walls where one can take beautiful pictures.

They keep organising events like live band performances, open mic, and more quite often. So make sure you follow them on Instagram or Facebook to stay updated.
