You'll be scaling two forts during this trek - Rajgad and Torna. Rajgad is the fort where Shivaji spent most of his life - almost 30 years! This one's a Medium level trek, so make sure you've done a couple of treks before you set out to conquer this one. Torna fort was the very first fort Shivaji conquered, and it went on to serve as the nucleus of the Maratha empire. So you're gonna be looking at a whole lotta history on this expedition!
You'll need to board a train to Pune at Dadar Station at 1 AM on November 2, and you'll be taking private transport to Rajgad's base village, Gunjawne, from Pune Railway station. You'll be scaling Rajgad fort on day 1, and Torna fort on day 2, after which you'll head back to Pune. You'll be back in Mumbai by 12 AM on November 4.
