Mezzo Mezzo, one of the fanciest Italian fine dines in Mumbai, is hosting a week-long French fiesta which will comprise of signature international gourmet and authentic French delicacies. The menu, which has been specially curated by the visiting chef Raphael Szurek, showcases contemporary French cuisine and flavours. His cooking style is deeply rooted in his French culture and largely influenced by the 10 years he spent in Southeast Asia.
It will feature delicacies like King Crab with Avocado and Grapefruit, Red Snapper with Chorizo, Capsicum and Squid, Pumpkin Gnocchi with Red Miso. Apart from these there are dishes which innovatively play with fresh fruits and veggies like Carrot and Coconut Velouté with Passion Fruit Sorbet, Organic Farm Beets with Dessert Lime and Davidson Plum Sorbet, Conflict Lamb Shoulder with Eggplant and Romaine etc.
