So Fruit Frenzy has recently opened its Third outlet at Mira Road. The other two outlets are located at Thane & Dombivali. We recently paid a visit to this outlet. The best part about this outlet is they believe in recycling and avoid the use of plastic & paper as far as possible. They serve ice cream in a recycled coconut shell (which is reusable). Instead of tissue paper, they give you cotton napkins. The icecreams are made up of purely fruit sugar and no sugar is added, they are free from preservatives as well. They have indoor as well as outdoor seatings. The main thing to improve is their service, its quite slow. May be its new outlet so may take time to adjust accordingly. So hoping when I visit next time the service will improve.
We had ordered the following items:
1. Guava Icecream (scoop):
The Icecream seemed fresh and tasty, the red chilli powder made it feel like frozen Version of it.
2. Loco Moco Chocolate Grill Sandwich:
The bread is heated with butter then chocolate Icecream is placed between them and for garnishing chocolate syrup is used accompanied with sprinkles. If you are a chocolate lover then you can go for this.
3. Mango Icecream Vada
The mango ice cream was taken and was covered with bread and was deep-fried. Tasted well, something unique, bread was crispy hence suited well with icecream.
4. Chikku Fruit ice:
Fruit ice is their concept where ice cream is made and stored in natural fruits. Very unique icecream must try!
Overall good place for desserts just service needs to improve.
