Deep-fried Oreos and fries done every way? Only at the new joint in town – Fries By The Way.

Opened up on Charni Road recently, Fries By The Way caters to the potato-lovin’, in-between-meal-snackin’, junk-food-cravin’ crowd. In other words, us. It’s for us.

What do they have? Delicious classic fries {for INR 50} and then a lot around it. Masala, cheese masala, schezwan and pizza fries are some of the offerings found. You can mix it up and make your own fries too, choosing from caramel to chilli garlic or chocolate fries too, but it really is your perogative.

We are counting on gunpowder fries, quintessential fries made extraordinary by dusting some of the spicy South Indian powder on it {even better than peri peri, some claim}. Also on their menu can be found Jain fries, made entirely from raw bananas – a healthier option perhaps?

We’re getting there. Fries By The Way doesn’t do desserts but have one divine item on the menu, fried oreos dunked in oil. They also lok like mini samosas, but the stuffing is chocolatey goodness. The perfect item for a quick cheat eat. Also on the menu are a variety of indulgent chocolate shakes, made from kit kat, oreos, nutella, etc. but only cost between INR 35–60 each.

These fries are affordable, experimental and downright delicious. Gunpowder fries, anyone?
