Started by a few friends a couple of months back, The Fusion Kitchen in Borivali has been making waves for all the right reasons. Head over to this spot to try some global cuisine with a twist {delicious spinach flavoured nachos, anyone?} along with their popular signature desserts. They've recently introduced an alcohol menu as well.

Service is impeccable and we really loved the personal touch the guys have: it makes the place stand out and will definitely have you coming back for more. They ensure that you don't just have a great meal, but also have a great experience.

I strongly recommend you reserve a table in advance during the weekends. Also, if you book a table through the dineout app {which is free} as it will get you a 10% off on your bill. Yay! And, if you're lucky enough to be seated at the 'window seat' over on the first floor, do take a chance to read through the notebooks - they have lovely messages from past customers, which is really awesome!
