The staff here is quick with their service and suggest you the best for what should be picked up. The food here has a theme based on charcoal food and black dishes. The theme is very close to the theme of the colour of brinjal. Loved the concept and the theme.
Must-Try dishes would be:
1- Mock meat Skewers with mayo- soya bean-based mock meat sausages grilled with garlic and served mayo loved it a must-try for vegan lovers.
2- Charcoal Tacos - small charcoal-based tacos having a classic traditional Mexican filling inside with salsa and sour cream.
3- Grilled Paneer Ratatouille - Ratatouille based veggies with grilled and tossed in salsa sauce served with mint chutney on top of a paneer grilled slice. Nice and Spicy the entire dish is so filling and nice you are going to love it.
4- AUBER GIN special Gnocchi - Charcoal gnocchi made from potato served with a thick and mild spicy mayo topped with edible flower and cheese it has a lovely presentation which is a worth-trying the dish.
5- Strawberry Sunrise- A simple melon based mocktail with a nice smooth texture.
6- Monkey Gland - coming to auber gin and not trying a gin-based cocktail is unfair to do try out the monkey rise as it is one of the best cocktails there.
7- Blueberry cheesecake - a simple cheesecake with the blueberry crush on top with a sweet and tangy flavour with less of a cream cheese base loved it.
