Global Culture: A contemporary venue hosting Indian, Pan Asian, Continental & Mongolian cuisines. The outlet is located off Palm Beach road. As you enter the building, the eye-catchy ambience will keep u hooked at the ground floor itself.
Their resto is on the first floor which is very spacious and well organized-the seating alignments and the buffet arrangement gives huge space for hosting the guest.
We went for the buffet served by them on the Festive occasion of Makar Sakranti. (The buffet menu changes according to festivities with respective seasonal dishes.) The place was beautifully decorated with colourful kites giving you proper festival vibes. The service is fast & the staff guided us well. They helped us with our preference. Hygiene is very well maintained. They had a Lohri and Makar Sankrant Special Curated menu.
We started with Mocktails.
We had
Strawberry lemonade.
Cranberry cooler.
In Appetizers we had.
Veg Manchurian.
Paneer Kalimirch Tikka.
Rajma Tikki
Honey sesame mustard chicken.
Tawa Fish Fry
Chicken Patanga.
Coming to the main course it included everything: a variety of Soups, Salads, Chaats, Raita.
• Amritsari Butter Chicken
• Murg Saagwala
• Fish In Shanghai Sauce
• Chicken Dum Biryani
• Chicken Salad
• Methi Mutter Mushroom Masala
• Punjabi Kadhi Pakora
• Asian Veg In Black Pepper Sauce
• Sarso Ka Saag
• Dal Amritsar
• Veg Fried Rice
• Steam Rice
• Assorted Naan /Roti
But Its not over yet!
There's dessert too!
In dessert we had
Winter special Gajar ka Halwa.
Assorted Pastries
Chocolate Pudding
And
Assorted icecreams!
Whether it’s chocolates, cake or ice cream, dessert is often the most memorable part of the meal because it’s the last thing you remember eating. We had a perfect happy ending!
The service was excellent. All staff want to feed you to your heart's content. The counters were refilled, unlike most buffet places where you
find empty or missing dishes.
Overall we had a great experience here.
Will be visiting soon!
