Their flourless gluten-free gooey cake is made of Callebaut chocolate, imported from Belgium, and has no added sugar or eggs (INR 800 for half kg). They do Jain marshmallows which means it’s got no gelatin or eggs. Their bread, besides being gluten-free, is also yeast free. The Focaccia bread (INR 120) made out of flour, jawar, and amaranth is a must try. Rasmalai Entrement, one of their signature desserts, is a French dessert that got an Indian makeover. And on top of all of this, they cater to those grappling with keto diet as well.
What makes this place even a bigger hit is value for money. A half kg loaf of Marceline Citrus Cake, a tea cake, is priced at a modest INR 700. And this is prepared only using orange juice and orange zest. Get in touch with them and they’ll happily customise a hamper (starting at INR 1,500) that will make for a perfectly healthy yet tasty gift. And guess what? Even though they are based in Colaba, they deliver across the city.
