You, me and everyone else. This event promises to be a unique one, irrespective of whether someone is a fitness fanatic or not. Get funky and add a twist to your fitness regime. We all need change once in a while!
Why Should I Go ?
Power yoga, kick boxing, ladder workouts, dance – you name it! Everything will take place in a dark room, the only light, radiating from your body paint, neon necklaces, bands, clothes and whatever else you can think of putting on during workout. Refreshments will be provided as you tire yourselves, swaying to techno and dance beats, completing challenges and winning surprise giveaways. We might just remove the mats after the session and dance the night away!
