So I visited this cafe , just this week. Had heard a lot about this cafe from many of my friends and it was in my list since then! This is kind of food truck cafe towards the end of Sindhu Bhavan road! But this cafe amazes you with it's super awesome menu and also they have quite a good sitting arrangement beside the truck itself ! They do live barbeque and some cold pizza kind of thing with is surely new in the market and the attraction for the place.
IMP- They use brown bread ! Which is healthy 🙈
So let's start with what I ate!
MAINS :
1) Paneer Tandoori Sandwich -- This is fully marinated paneer in tandoori sauce wrapped between the brown bread.
2) Paneer Makhani Sandwich -- This was another good sandwich where paneer was marinated in Makhani sauce and what I loved that I was not just grabbing only bread.
3) Cheese Burst Sandwich -- This was the start stealer for me. This is 3 kinds of cheese with veggies also some mayo. It was quite similar to colesaw sandwich.
4) Focaccia Sandwich - I loved this bread and it's fillings. I felt jalepano should have been added to the fillings for more flavour.
PIZZAS
Jamaican paneer pizza, barbeque pizza, Peri Peri pizza, paneer delighted pizza -- All the pizzas were thin crust and the sauces were different and drooling. The toppings we're almost the same except for paneer.
I recommend Peri Peri pizza
BARBEQUE
1) Aloo Tikka -- I haven't ever had aloo barbequed and I really loved it. This was crispy and marinated so nicely.
2) Paneer Tikka - This was also nice. Specially the paneer was so soft and tasty.
3) Peri Peri Paneer Tikka - This just had some Peri Peri masala sprinkled on the top for more flavour and being differentiated from normal paneer Tikka
4) Basil Paneer Tikka - This was basically paneer marinated and topped with basils.
5) Mushroom Tikka - If you are a mushroom lover you are surely going to love this dish a lot. The mushrooms were properly cooked and they had this amazing flavour.
