What Makes It Awesome
Owned by Subhash and Madhu Advani, this 2-month-old décor store houses all things wood, glass and beautiful. When we spoke to the owners, they mentioned how they source their crafts from various parts of the country. What caught our eye immediately were some beautiful wood carvings from Kolkata.
They have an eclectic mix of things you’d definitely want to put up on your walls, hang from your ceilings or even make a statement at home.
We found some wooden owl figurines that were INR 50 a pop! Seriously. We aren’t kidding. Apart from that, there were wooden mirrors, glass wall planters in every colour you can imagine, glass canisters, glass bottles in every colour from INR 300 onwards, Turkish lamps, ceiling lamps – Turkish style and even modern-day glass, wooden masks and even the cutest wood and jute stools with traditional colourful designs on them. We just couldn’t leave empty handed!
The cost varies from piece to piece, with some of their pieces as low as INR 50 to intricate designs which can go up to INR 12,000. The owners are super friendly and take time out to tell you more about their collection. In case you’ve liked something, you can show them a photo and they can let you know if it’s available.
