Healthy eats at Flax located at most happening place Lower Parel. Walking distance from the station on the west side. A little bit on the inner side of the road but Lower Parel is such an area that although being into a small lane the place will turn out to be happening because of such vibes in that area.
Each of us loves to eat outside and that too trying different cuisines and exploring new varieties and at last turn out to eat junk food most of the times. Trust me was so happy on visiting this amazing place and having to eat their most delicious dishes, which were super tasty and the most nutritive part of it too, which made my dinner really super sorted. Many of the people have their skilled hands implicated towards preparing difference delicacies of salad. I had just heard this but yesterday was shocked to eat such delicacies of salad truly marvellous. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place is quite small so if a big group or bundles of a small group visit it might prove to be uncomfortable but trust me the taste will take you to that healthy world 😍.

1. Salad - Veggie Keto Salad, contained kale, spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, zoodles, grilled paneer, babaghanoush, avocado, almonds, walnut, parmesan, feta, coconut flakes tahini yoghurt dressing
2. Bowl - So Thai Bowl ( Essential Vitamins), the name itself had the content of having essential vitamins in it which straight away tempted me to order it. It contained Arugula, Spinach, Red Rice, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Raw Papaya, Spring Onion, Tomato, French Beans, Bean Sprout, Wonton Crisps, Peanuts, Thai Peanut Dressing
3. Wrap - Grilled Paneer Wrap, healthy wrap containing Whole Wheat Tortilla, Arugula, Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Jalapeno, Indian Spiced Paneer, Feta, Salsa Verde, Tzatziki
4. Juice - Bye-Bye Fat, the best part is that they make their own juice and they are made in their own factory and sent in all their outlets. Super healthy and tasty. Must try
