K. Rustom & Co. (popularly known as just K. Rustoms) is an Irani ice cream parlour which has been churning out the yummiest ice cream biscuits since 1953!
They serve their ice cream as a thick slab sandwiched between wafer biscuits and wrapped in butter paper. They have a vast variety of flavours, my personal favorites being Rum & Raisins and Paan. This place is a must visit if you're anywhere around Churchgate!
