1) drums of heaven - This dish is quite surprisingly amazing. It is lollipop sauted and tossed in a sweet tangy sauce with the veggies. The lollipop were crisp and succulent with the sauce tossed in.
2) kothay - This is basically chicken momos but in king size which are steamed and fried at the base to give it that crisp and crunchy effect. The chutney served with it was all good though nothing extraordinary.
3) Chicken thukpa - this is a tibetan dish in which the noodles are cooked in chicken broth with all the flavour and veggies. It was fresh and served hot. The quantity is fulfilling for two and scrumptious.
