Well without giving out spoilers since it is a 10-course menu, there was absolutely nothing (yes, nothing) which wasn’t perfect. Every course lends a different high and astounds you that you haven’t explored such gems of our Indian cultural heritage.
The gravies are rich, smooth, perfectly seasoned for foodies who love the interplay of spices – the cocktails are exotically curated and created right in front of you – the bite-sized portions are so magical that you ponder about the bursts of delights which infuse your taste buds – the molecular creation will zap you with the richness – the list is endless, I could just get oozy with my feelings.
The lamb Khari, the tandoori prawn benedict, the kosha mangsho and of course the khichdi of India – all are dynamic dazzlers which haven’t been presented to Mumbai. The desserts (palang tod and charnamrit kheer) are coltishly energetic creations that baffle you with the wizardry. I thoroughly enjoyed the khandvi faafda creation – an out-of-the-box, unimaginable masterpiece.
