What Makes It Awesome?

Indiana waters is a casual dining restaurant with 3 different cuisines ordered. The restaurant apart from Ala carte also offers a fixed menu or buffet. The place has open space seating which is usually opened post 5-6 pm in the evening. The seating was quite comfortable and the decor is quite decent.

May Queen:- Considering I have been having dry day since my birth this is the closest I got to have a solid flavour to a drink. Mango + Vanilla is surely a heavy flavour especially when cream becomes a major component. Recommended

Peachy Paradice:- Disappointed by this preparation as Sprite simply got the better of Apricot +Peach. Could have been better with the preparation of this concoction especially the proportion of flavours integrated.

Blush on Ice:- Its a sin to skip things made of blue curacao. This one is not an exception either. I am happy to taste something which is not fizzed like this one as curacao in most of the cases they have a mixture of soda based modules.

200 bucks for mocktails is very cheap, especially inside a mall.

In the starters we ensured we search for a diamond out of each of the cuisines listed and we managed that one with Chinese at least. It does not mean the others were bad, but the Chinese one was certainly better.

Something to note is their 6-8 pieces of starters served in most of the dishes which were pretty good.

Multani mushroom:- Certainly not mouth melting as explained in the menu but the cream is king of the dish. Amazing button mushrooms stuffed with some minced mushroom mixed cream. Highly recommended.

Bikaneri Seekh kebab:- Best part, I would say is the smoky flavour of the dish and lives up to the expectation of smoke-cooked as mentioned. The rest is pretty much the usual kebab dish. If you like it simple, just go for this.

Paneer Satay with schezwan sauce:- King of the day in respect of everything. Quantity was fantastic for 240 bucks you pay and the schezwan sauce just hit the palate at the right place it should hit. Recommended

Potato cheese shotz :- The simple yet with some fantastic presentation (best of the lot) and olives (love) to have a cheesefull experience. Certainly the melting one and not the other one which claimed to be melting.

Mix Veg Hot Garlic Sizzler:- Killer move on my part as you are certain to end your food journey for the day and on the top we chose for rice over noodles. Except for the corn mixed with cheese sauce, things were pretty good. Recommended for some quantity game.
