After 19 Years, Colaba's Iconic Eatery Indigo To Shut Down

Beloved eatery Indigo in Colaba – one of the oldest in the city is shutting its doors down.

After serving the city with sumptuous food and drinks for 19 years, Indigo is saying goodbye. The legendary eatery that introduced fine dining to the city outside of five-star hotels will be shutting down on April 30. Housed in a colonial bungalow, the eatery was the hub for designers, actors and the who’s who of the city.

Why is life unfair? It was one of the finest eateries in Mumbai. Anyway, we’ll probably be seen cherishing its memories at their delis. But it will never be the same.
