We Can't Keep Calm Because Our Favourite Indigo Deli Has Opened A New Outlet

Mumbai’s always got a lot to offer and this time round, it’s stepped up a notch. Indigo Deli has opened its next haunt at the Horizon Hotel in Juhu, making it outlet number nine in the city. But this time around, it’s getting a whole new look with fresh vibes and a new range of gin and malts.

While it will stick to its core values, there are new touches and flavours to explore. The space is divided in two sections – the lounge and the diner – and is ready to become your hub for exciting breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Apart from this, a gourmet store at the Deli will also offer premium bakery goods and condiments to wines, teas, and coffee.

You’ll find all their classic preparations – fish and chips, chargrilled filet mignon, and mac & cheese. The other favourites are harissa grilled chicken, almond crusted snapper, wild mushroom risotto and parmesan gnocchi. They are also doing smaller portions that will go perfectly with your drinks, like their lemongrass scented Thai corn cakes, tofu shitake, and chestnut wontons and wasabi prawns.

End your gastronomical journey with liquid chocolate cake, Tuscan zuccotto made with ricotta and nuts, baked cheesecake and the Deli banoffee pie. They are also doing homemade ice creams like the Belgian chocolate truffle and candy crunch.

Deli’s signatures are here for you to enjoy, including passion fruit curry leaf margarita, rosemary and tamarind coupe, and the smoked fig, black pepper and sage. Besides these, you can go back to your old favourites – classic martinis with a twist that include peach and saffron, blueberry and litchi, and espresso. If you’re looking for something more refreshing, beat the scorching sun with flavoured boozy lemonades, the pisco sour, and the all-time favourite long island iced tea.
