If you've got a sweet tooth and love the thought of experimenting with flavours when it comes to chocolate, then you're about to be very happy.
Chef Tejasvi Chandela (Co-founder of All Things Chocolate, trained at Le Cordon Bleu) is hosting an interactive hands-on chocolate making session for two days. Day 1 is all about the introduction to bean and bar chocolate making (INR 4,500 from 11 AM to 1 PM) and Day 2 is all about chocolatiers essentials (INR 5,900 from 11 AM to 2 PM). If you want to attend both the days, you pay INR 9,500.
Day 1 is where you'll learn the steps of making chocolate from a bean to a bar. You'll get to hand peel the beans, grind and then start the conching process. Then, adding cane sugar and tempering the chocolate. Day 2 is all about making coloured bonbons and ganache.
We think it's a great way to pick up this skill, and share the knowledge with friends and family. See you there!
