A fitness cafe conceptualised and helmed by the same people behind the I Think Fitness gym has opened up in Bandra by the same name. We’re already flexing and planning our healthy take-outs.

Chow Down

Bandra is home to a new health cafe, I Think Fitness and its equal parts healthy and equal parts cool. Started by Suren Joshi, owner and founder, The Pali Village Cafe, I Think Fitness gym and Su Casa, the philosophy of the cafe stems from Suren’s inherent fitness enthusiasm and reflects in the menu and the setting.

The menu has been shaped up by Chef Moina Oberoi {of the Mo’s Kefir} and Chef Gracian Dsouza. The menu’s philosophy is to keep it simple and fresh while retaining nutrition values of the food products. The menu will feature gluten-free and dairy free dishes along with some guilt-free desserts.

Sip On

They have introduced amazing rainbow-themed smoothies that can be made from organic cow’s milk, almond milk or kefir yogurt – the choice is yours. They have indigo {acai berry, apple and frozen banana}, red {beet, cranberry and dates}, violet {blueberry and banana}, yellow {turmeric, pineapple and honey} and more. They have been priced at INR 200 each.

They also have matcha & orange juice shots, flax, kefir and raw honey shots, along with their fresh juices.

So, We're Saying...

Our fitness regime now has a new address in Bandra. We can pick-up salads, juices and smoothies, or eat-in as they have an indoor and al fresco cafe areas.
