It's Brunch Time, Nara Thai

It's Brunch Time!

What Makes It Awesome?

This October, Nara brings a Thai-style Sunday brunch experience to colonial Colaba, where Expat Thai Chef Artittayathon Jantaso, will offer an impressive yet wholesome array of punchy salads, spicy, sweet and sour curries, healthy stir-fry alongside endless pours of wine and beer and an opportunity to sing your heart out with Karaoke!

Karaoke is a cultural phenomenon that has not only taken over Thailand but also the rest of South-East Asia. While it is common to see Karaoke bars around Thailand, Karaoke Private Rooms is another personalized concept coined to enjoy singing in a personal space with friends and family. Nara is all set to bring this Karaoke spirit to Mumbai’s Colaba neighbourhood for the first time in this format. Going beyond being a great space to unwind with food and wine, one can walk into the Private Dining Room on a Sunday Brunch and sing their hearts out in this intimate space.

The menu boasts of signature dishes like the crispy fried betel leaves with chilli and lime dip; Tofu satay; Crispy fried lotus root chips in sweet chilli sauce; Grilled chicken marinated with Thai herbs and spices on skewers; Stir-fried chicken with broccoli and pepper sauce and more. Soups and salads include Spicy raw papaya salad, Northeastern spicy salad with mock meat or chicken, Spicy lemongrass and lime Tom Yum soup or the spicy coconut with galangal Tom Kha soup. One cannot miss Nara's wholesome main course options like Stir-fried morning glory, Stir-fried crispy okra with Thai herbs, Nara's signature green curry, Stir-fried minced chicken with chilli and hot basil kra prao, Stir-fried spicy rice noodles with chilli and basil, Butterfly pea fried rice with Thai herbs and more.

Wash it down with bottomless glasses of aromatic wines from Jacob’s Creek that include Chardonnay, Australia; Merlot, Australia; Jacob's Creek Sparkling and Sparkling Rose, Australia or endless pints of fruity and refreshing Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc wheat beer. Round off your Thai brunch with Nara’s coconut ice cream with condiments or the Chocolate and Kaffir Lime bar.

Nara is a story whose characteristics reflect in both the delectable delicacies and the timeless ambience. Come, experience the true flavours of Thai cuisine at Nara, Colaba every Sunday.
