It seems that half of Delhi’s restaurants are migrating to Mumbai, and another one is being added to that list – Junkyard Café.
Junkyard Café is a grungy resto-pub with three outlets in the capital, and it is soon going to be opening a branch on Hill Road, Bandra. The food here will be a mix of an Indian, Asian and Continental, including different types of chicken, steak, bolognese, fish and chips, different pasta and risottos, and a lot of seafood. They also have a huge, huge list of appetisers and snacks for the finicky eaters.
We look forward to guzzling down the Edison Bulb Yard, a cocktail served with liquid nitrogen, or the drinks served in skull glasses, if you are feeling particularly spooky. Halloween is around the corner, too by the way, so that fits with the theme. They will also be serving hookah here.
Here’s another place in Bandra to go with a large group of friends for a merry time.
Where: 164, Hill Road, Bandra West, Mumbai
When: Between Oct 22-25. We’ll keep you posted about the exact date.
