Located in Foodhall Santa Cruz. Kcroasters is a coffee lovers paradise.
What I loved about the place and why we decided to visit it :
• They have freshly brewed coffees.
•They serve vegan coffee.
•They have a keto coffee too.
•They display the beans, have the coffee for sale.
• They serve coffee with lactose-free milk, oat milk, soy milk, almond milk which makes it easy for anyone with dairy-related issues.
We tried the following coffees-
•Activated charcoal mint mocha:
This gorgeous looking coffee tantalizes your taste buds. With every sip, you first taste the activated charcoal followed by the deep taste of coffee and just when you think you are in coffee heaven the hint of mint strikes.
Rating: 5/5
•Mocha Cortado:
Served in a cute little cup. The Mocha Cortado is refreshing and the best part they make it with minimal sugar making if perfect.
Rating: 5/5
•Nitro Cold Brew:
It is more like a strong Brew of coffee which is easy on the palate but let the coffee get in and it gives an amazing kick. If you enjoy a strong Brew, the Nitro Cold Brew is perfect for you.
Rating:5/5
•Maple walnut iced latte:
It's made with maple, walnut milk, soy milk, cold brew. A vegan beverage which has a somewhat unusual flavour.
Rating:4.5/5
•Siphon coffee: They use Indian coffee beans and brew it using a unique Japanese technique. The Brew is mild and gets intense gradually. A definite must-try.
Rating:5/5
We also tried their chocolate croissant which is made in France and served right here. You can see each layer which is super thin and delicate. It has a bite, is crunchy and yet an absolute melt in the mouth.
Rating:4.5/5 ( only because I would have loved a little bit more chocolate in it.)
Serve Prompt. Plus the staff has all the information on the coffee, brewing, techniques.
