What Is It?
VITS Hotel in Andheri East is hosting a khichdi festival where they will be serving khichdi dishes with a twist. Curated by executive chef Hemant Sawant, the menu will see shedan murg khichdi, potato and cauliflower khichdi, lamb galouti kebab khichdi and ram resal khichdi among other variations. The menu prices are expected to start at INR 350. They will be serving the dishes through room service as well as their restaurants. It'll go on for a month.
