A full-time working professional, Anjali, with her husband's support and help, runs this weekend home kitchen where she shares her love for both the food she grew up eating in Delhi in her Punjabi family (we hear her mum too is a fantastic cook) and the inspirations she draws from global cuisine. 

Anjali tells us her mum is her inspiration, as she grew up watching her juggle a full-time job and household responsibilities with aplomb.
