Do you watch Korean dramas and watch mukbang on YouTube? If the answer is yes, chances are you're curious about Korean food and learning all about it. This workshop at Magazine Street Kitchen conducted by Chef Tara Deshpande will take you through the steps of creating your very own Korean dishes.
On the menu is Korean fried tofu/chicken, seafood pancake/scallion pancake, and dipping sauce. For mains, you'll learn japchae or sweet potato noodles, okdol bibimbap or rice bowl with barley, veggies, and gochu, and simple banchan or side dishes like cucumber and cabbage kimchi. For dessert, there's the Korean Temple staple - wheat and sesame cake.
The course takes place over 4 hours so keep your afternoon free on that day.
