Befit Only Ladies Gym, Navi Mumbai
This gym for women based in Airoli in Navi Mumbai. They offer specialised plans according to your fitness agenda, starting from a basic weight loss plan, a regular fitness plan, going on to more specific tummy tucking or toning methods. The trainers are all female too. They don’t disclose specific prices until you visit, but their plans start at INR 500.

A new fitness centre in Goregaon designed specifically to cater to women on fitness, endurance and wellness looks promising to us. They don’t believe in quick fixes or shortcuts to getting fit, hence have reliable, realistic plans that won’t harm your body. From diet consultation to a gym, yoga and meditation, and even self-defence classes, they have everything we need. For expectant and new mothers, there are even prenatal and postnatal classes here. Their classes start at INR 2,100 a month.

In Mulund, the women-only centre to visit is Fitness Mania Aerobics Studio. Go here the variety of workouts they have to offer (if you aren’t really a gym-only sort of person).They have zumba, yoga, step circuit training and plenty of other options. An individual session is for INR 400.

This fitness centre in Powai is a workout centre for every type of fitness enthusiast. They’ve got various plans including high intensity interval training, functional training, zumba classes and bollywood classes. This is a more affordable option than others at INR 180 for a single class, and a monthly package of INR 1499 on Fitternity.
