Explore and simplify the art and science of artisan Sourdough bread in this interactive hands-on session that'll help you bake bread at home with easily available Indian flours.
The session covers the process of mixing and folding the dough, shaping and scoring it, and finally baking it at home.
Besides learning to make your own sourdough culture, maintaining and baking bread with it; you'll also learn how to whip up delicious munchies using the Sourdough discard.
The workshop will cover:
1. Basic Country Boule
2. Sourdough Focaccia
3. Sourdough crackers (using discard)
Guests will leave with some starter of your own, the bread baked during the session and printed recipe booklets.
*No prior baking experience required to attend this session.
