An almost seven hour drive from Mumbai, you can get to the Fratelli Vineyards via the Mumbai-Bangalore highway.
What's So Unique About It?
Fratelli in the literal sense means ‘brothers’ and the Fratelli Vineyards are a labour of love by seven brothers joining hands together. The vineyards in Akluj to the south of Pune are spread over 240 acres, with 350,000 plants over 330km of trench line.
The aim is to produce world-class, international standard wine in India that will be made with Italian expertise. At the Fratelli Vineyards, a getaway is indeed a memorable one. An all-inclusive package of two nights and one day, one can see the gorgeous vineyards, be a part of the wine tastings sessions, go on vineyard tours, stay in comfortable, luxurious stays and eat the delicious food.
