If you're a fan of the famous Awadhi cuisine, we've got some sweet news coming your way! Riyaaz Amlani's Impresario Restaurants has just launched a cloud kitchen with this cuisine called Lucknowee which is all set to tempt our taste buds with Awadhi cuisine passed down from generations.
This new cloud kitchen pays homage to Nawab Wajid Ali Shah, the last king of Awadh, and all the legendary recipes of his household have been passed down to the kitchens of Lucknowee. Expect to find murgh chakori kebabs and malai khumb tikkas to bhuna gosht biryani and nawabi chole; hara bhara kabab, murgh lebnani kabab, and authentic Lucknowee galouti kabab, and wholesome mains like the nawabi biryanis and rasedar bhuna gosht and Lucknowee khichda. Okay, we're in heaven!
Let's not forget dessert - take your pick from a serving of phirni or shahi tukda and wash it down with gulabi sherbat.
