If you love desserts, there's a very slim chance you'd not have heard or tasted the beautiful and delicate macarons, a delicacy in France. Chef Pooja Dhingra aka The Queen of Macarons in India brought the concept of macarons to India with Le 15 Patisserie in 2010.

Anyone who has ever tried making them at home can vouch for the fact that they're quite tricky to make, and even one wrong ingredient can turn it from being a dessert to a disaster. Pastry Chef Pooja Dhingra is hosting a masterclass wherein she will demonstrate the art of baking macarons {you're well-versed with the art of devouring, aren't you?} and every little detail that goes into the process of creating these colorful beauties.

This workshop does not teach how to make eggless macarons. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you. Entry for individuals above 16 years of age only.
