Who Is It For?
For anyone who loves to support art and has shopping as their middle name. Well, this exhibition actually goes beyond just shopping. At the Mahalaxmi Saras, an initiative of the Maharashtra state government that aims to give a platform to rural entrepreneurs, artisans and women’s self help groups, you can look forward to beautiful handicrafts, handlooms and, wait for it, delicious food products.
Why Should I Go For It?
Because you can check out stalls from Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kashmir, Assam, Maharashtra {interior}, Goa and many more states that will sell specialties ranging from exquisite apparel to food products. This is the 15th year of the exhibition, being held at BKC this year.Each of the products on display are priced at affordable rates.

The exhibition will start from January 17 and will go on till January 29 at at new venue this year {MMRDA Grounds, BKC}. When there, you must definitely eat at their food stalls, because all that energy invested in shopping must be replenished.
