The produce of ingredients is sourced from Farhan Azmi’s farm to your plate. They make a classic Margarita pizza with vegan cheese and a Black Bean Burger with vegan mayo. Their vegan breakfast has fresh fruit platter, scrambled tofu, couscous upma.
If you prefer keeping it light, vegan soups like roast organic tomato or the shiitake consommé may come in handy. There’s also small bites like crispy potato skins, hummus with grill pita, falafel, sauteed mushrooms and edamame with sea salt. Salad lovers can gorge on healthy vegan salads like quinoa organic and papaya, five bean salad, asparagus & grilled zucchini, fattoush salad and a lot more.
Think veganism is all about eating greens and no fun? There’s eggless pasta topped with a generous sprinkling of vegan cheese, a hummus-filled sandwich or the black bean burger They try to make vegan cheese with tofu, soya and cashew. Heard of faux meat? They have it along with salami made from vegetarian ingredients.
Their coffee and tea is served with soy milk. In case you like to keep it black, you’re sorted anyway.
