I was highly impressed with the range of mouthwatering kebabs, curries and biryanis this place offers. The recipes are family curated which are passed down from generations, hand-pounded masala & spices to your homes and hearts.
Let's talk about the thing I ordered, we started our Masala: Esque journey with bitting into some Mutton samosas, freshly prepared crispy samosas stuffed with flavourful minced mutton gave our palate a joy ride. After binging onto some mutton samosas we moved onto butter chicken pops and galouti kebabs which had the right spices and flavours to it, which comes along nice spicy and sour green mint chutney.
Then we moved onto mains. we ordered the delicious butter chicken along with some Indian bread, The gravy of the butter chicken had the right amount mildly spiced creamy taste to it and had good meat pieces.
Then we dug into their signature Mughlai dum biryani. Cut through the dough and the before your eyes could see and your mouth could taste, your nose would dance to the fragrance of saffron, Nevada and aromatic spices which are cooked in a clay pot and enclosed in bread dough for dum. If I had to sum this biryani in one word I would call it " Magic ".
We ended our experience with Eid wali sevaiyaan.
Masala: Esque is a delivery and takeaway only kitchen which makes biryani by the kilo for larger groups and house parties. They also do kebab platters, mini-meal boxes.
