Masaya is a tiny jewellery store in Bandra run by a jewellery designer who makes beautiful accessories, earrings and everything that’s silver.

Masaya is a brand started off by jewellery designer Nirali Haria. The store has two outlets, one in Juhu and another one in Bandra which opened up eight months back.

Masaya means happiness in Philippines and was inspired by Nirali’s trip wth her girlfriends. She saw precious stones, gems and other types of jewellery, and wanted something similar of her own. Masaya is currently getting an entire new collection following almost a month-long sale of 50% off on everything.

The jewellery is ethereal and really unique. All of the designs and concepts are by the in-house designers and no piece is the same.

They keep refreshing their collection and adding on new styles and what’s trending. The pieces are all made from silver and silver lot {which has less silver content}, and all of them are gold-plated with 18 carrots.

Extremely popular among the young crowd, for weddings, functions and other ethnic wear, though the jewellery is high fashion we found it to be quite affordable. A spectacular pair of silver earrings start at INR 1,800 and vary according to the sizes and design. They have earrings, pendants, neck pieces and a small section of phone covers.

Masaya is a wonderful store perfect for anyone looking to go ethnic jewellery shopping. The designs are contemporary and chic and at the same time traditional.

Nirali also works with her customers to customise the designs, and is open to styles.
