Ministry Of Eggs in Borivali is a restaurant which is very unique and amazing as the menu is all dishes Egglicious. The quirky place takes the humble egg to several notches higher. The entire menu has eggs in different forms from different texture and taste to different quirky ideas. Some of the dishes are so good that you start to look at an egg in a very different way. With amazing small seating decor and delivery, its a one-stop place for egg lovers across Borivali, Kandivali and surrounding area.

-Egg Paaplet: This is large size omelette filled with spicy egg gravy, topped with green masala tadka and overloaded with cheese. It is a burst of flavours in your mouth and is very filling and can be a meal in itself for one person.
-Egg Gotala: It is a spicy gravy based egg dishes with shredded egg in it. The entire dish is inspired to give you a nice spicy burst and is served with fresh pickled salad and Pav.
-Egg Lasan Kachu: It is a semi-cooked a scrambled egg which is called as Kachu and is added with flavours of fresh green garlic and other fresh herbs giving it a very yummy taste. It is a signature flavour from the surati region from Surat.
-Peri-Peri Eggs: Who dies not like the African peri-peri flavour? This is one of the best dishes with the right amount of peri-peri marinade added to the scrambled egg and is very tasty and comforting.
-Lasan Fry: Loads of green garlic fried in butter and freshly poured over a fried egg. The combination is heavenly and is the best egg dish I ave ever had in my life. The flavour of garlic and butter mixed with egg yolk is just amazing to eat with buttery pav served together.
They have a wide variety of many other dishes along with signature egg dishes. We tried from the Borivali outlet but they also have 2 more outlets in Bandra & Ghatkoper. Highly recommended to all egg lovers out there.
