A blazing yellow and orange food truck in Matunga doles out about 400 momos a day. Have you checked it out yet?
Did You Know? There's A New Food Truck In Mumbai Serving 20 Types Of Momos

Gimme Some Momos!
^That’s a sentiment you, I and a lot of others share in Mumbai. That’s why when we heard that there was a new truck in town – Dumpling Delight, serving up just momos done up all ways, we had to make the trip to Matunga.
In a primarily college-heavy area, we pretended that we too belonged to the Ruia or Poddar gang and were just getting done with our classes for the day {though we really didn’t have to}. Under our ruse, we made our way to the food truck, where we found a bunch of other hungry souls waiting for their evening snack.
The truck is collectively run by a sweet family who manage the business together, while one take the order, the other rushes to the kitchen, and one overlooks that everything is running smoothly in the momo order of things.
What Did You Try?
A look at the menu, and we knew that the choices would be tough to make, but we stiffened our upper lip and braved the task. Over 10 options in non-vegetarian and 10 options in vegetarian momos were available, such as kothey {deep-fried} cheese momos, steamed chicken momos, cheese soup dumpling, chicken chilly momos {tossed in a thick gravy}, tandoori momos {char-grilled in their tandoor in the truck itself} and of course, your basic steamed ones. They even have chocolate dumpling for dessert.
Though there were 3 piece, 6 piece and 9 piece options available for everything, we took the middle path with the 6-piece plates of the veg cheese tandoori momo and the chilly chicken momos. The tandoori momos were absolutely delicious and generously stuffed with cheese and vegetable filling, while the chilly chicken was one of the more unusual momos we had had.
So, We're Saying...
The truck rolls in every day at around 3.30-4pm and stays there till it runs out of its 300-400 momos by 7.30pm. If you haven’t already, you’ve gotta visit though we are certain your friends in Ruia & around would have mentioned this to you already.
Happy munching.
The prices start at INR 40 for vegetarian momos and INR 45 for non-vegetarian momos.
